So yesterday I just woke up and thought to myself, "I'm really tired of being fat!" so I got my butt out of bed, went to my living room and did some On Demand Cardio...for 10 minutes. Hey! I'm just beginning! My body immediately started yelling "What do you think you are doing? I don't move those muscles! I am NOT ok with this!" but I bit my lip and just dealt with it. I then proceeded to eat "Healthy" (see: Bland) for the rest of the day. Actually, I did find this great tool that may just get me through this process, there's this salad spritz called "Wishbone" that comes in a "I can't believe it's not butter" spray bottle. It's 1 calorie each spray, and I didn't even use 10 sprays on my cucumbers, so great little additive for flavor.
Today I woke up, determined to work out again, this time I did Latin Dancing. The guy on the video was a little more peppy than I would have liked right out of bed, but it was still a pretty fun workout. Side note: You know what I always found weird? When the people on the video talk like they can see you. Like "Look at you! You're doing great?" How do you know? I could be sitting on my couch watching YOU excercise while I eat cake and ice cream is dripping down my face. You don't know! They found a way around this with Wii though..Wii Active to be specific. It knows when you are lying. I was only half squatting and it was like "Pay attention to your form!" I imagine Kinect is even worse.
Anyway, here we go on the journey to thin!
